Update your menu with our latest features!

⁠Did you know you can bulk amend your menu in one go? Better yet, these changes are reflected immediately. Here are two of our latest features on the Merchant Menu Editor (available on Grab’s Merchant Portal only for now).

If you have multiple items to update in your menu, bulk update is a tool that can help simplify that process. You can conveniently add and edit multiple items and photos in one go.

⁠p.s. Please note that the Portal Bulk Update is unable to support the deletion of items, rearrangement of items, and scheduled bulk updates.

⁠Below is a step by step on how to use bulk update:

1. Add items

2. Update existing items

Screenshot 2: Download the existing catalogue and make the necessary amendments.

Screenshot 3: Upload the amended documents and you’re done!

If you manage multiple stores that share the same menu, this feature allows you to link all your stores to a master menu which can then be reflected across all stores. All you have to do is update the master menu and ensure that the right stores are linked. Here’s how it works:

[Single store menu]  Each menu has to be updated individually, resulting in a lot of time spent  updating the same menu multiple times.

⁠[Multi store menu] There is only one menu to be updated and the changes will reflect across all linked stores immediately.

⁠p.s. Please note that not all Merchants are eligible to be on the Multi Merchant Menu Editor version. Refer to the table below for the eligibility criteria.
