Account Troubleshooting
If you have trouble remembering your username, you can:
1. Click on Forget username
2. Input your Grab registered email address
3. You will receive an email with all the usernames tied to the email address inputted.
If you have trouble remembering your password, you can:
1. Click on Forget password
2. Input your username
3. You will receive an email to reset your password.
1. Click on Log in with phone
2. Enter your phone number
If you would like to add a phone number to your profile, follow the steps here:
1. Click on More
2. Click on Account -> Personal Profile
3. Go to Contact Info -> Number: Add your number
4. You will be prompted to enter your login password
5. Once completed, you can add your phone number
You will receive a TAC number. Once you've entered the TAC number, your phone number will be added to your profile.
Internet Connectivity
Here's how to check on your Internet connectivity:
1. Launch your internet browser.
2. Go to www.google.com
If the page fails to load, you may have internet connectivity issues.
3. Restart your wifi and try again.
Device not responding
Here’s how to help you with your troubleshooting:
1. Restart the device by pressing and holding the power button to turn off the device.
2. Press the power button after a minute to turn on your device and launch the GrabMerchant App.
