The new Regulations require all online sellers to:

1. Disclose merchant Information: Clearly display the merchant's name, email, phone number, and business address on the Grab platform. These information can be found on your store Profile section on the Grab App.

2. Use National Language (Bahasa Melayu): On the Grab App, users can translate the content to Bahasa Melayu by turning on the 'Auto-translations' on the profile setting.

3. Provide Valid Product Certifications: For applicable products requiring safety and health approval, upload the necessary documents to comply with the regulations.

Important Note: Below is a non-exhaustive list of products that may subject to applicable safety and health standard by relevant authorities. The information is provided for general reference purposes only and Merchant-Partners are expected to independently verify the required certification for their products before listing them on the Grab App.

The information may be revised by Grab from time to time without prior notice to be in line with the evolving regulations.

Sellers who do not adhere to the Regulations may be subject to enforcement actions by KPDN under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
