For GrabFood and Mart, Grab will refund customers on your behalf for these incidents and complaints.
Raised a dispute and asked for a refund? If you have been notified that you will be refunded by Grab, we usually process payment for compensations within a week of your report. Depending on your bank, the compensation payout should land in your account the week after that. To keep an eye on your compensation, head to the GrabMerchant Portal.
Do not forget – you only have up to 90 days from the transaction date to do so.
This works if your customer paid via your physical QR code.
In your GrabMerchant App, head to Payment and search for the transaction.
