Reaching out to customers is easier than ever, with the built-in chat function within the GrabMerchant App!

Do note that once the delivery-partner has picked up an order, the chat will end and you will NOT be able to continue chatting with the respective customer.

We hope this feature makes managing daily orders easier, and helps improve your customer relationship management experience. Do remember to keep in-app conversations polite and professional at all times!
